Rescued Dinners - Carb Central

My name is Nicole and I am a carbaholic. 
I love bread and pasta. Once upon a time, I came across a recipe on pintrest (famous last words, right?). It took me a few tries and tweeks to make it just right. So here are my directions for this!
If you love spaghetti and garlic bread this is for you!
What you will need: 
1- In the frozen foods section get a bag of Rhodes Bread dough and thaw it to room temperature when you get home
2- Spaghetti
3- Sauce 
4- Mozzarella 
5- 1 egg white
6- Parmesan Cheese
7- Parsley
Directions:
1- Start cooking your spaghetti and sauce. I make my sauce with diced tomatoes and ground beef and lots of doctoring. Make sure you drain the tomatoes though. 
2- While that is cooking...roll out your dough into a 12x16 inch rectangle. This is the hardest part and takes some work. Once it gets close to the size I want, I put parchment paper on one side and flip it over and roll it a bit more. Then you cover it plastic wrap to let it sit while you finish cooking. 
3- Drain the spaghetti and mix the sauce into it.
 
4- Put the spaghetti (about 6 oz worth) and place it in center of dough. Don't forget to take the plastic off!
5- Place 8 oz of cubed mozzarella on top. 
6- With the spaghetti in the center cut strips about 1.5" apart up to about 1/2" away from the filling (picture from rhodes.com)
7- Overlap the strips. Take 1 egg white and mix a good amount of parsley flakes into it and wipe it over top of the braid and sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese and garlic salt 
8- Bake it for about 30-35 min at 350 degrees
9- Enjoy!
