Retail Associate- Interviews will begin Late June

Rescued Furnishings is looking for a part time Retail associate.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. Greeting customers.
  2. Operating cash registers.
  3. Increasing in store sales.
  4. Maintaining sales floor appearance. (restocking, sweeping, cleaning, taking out trash)
  5. Cross-selling products.
  6. Directing customers to merchandise.
  7. Work on small craft projects, or other RF related projects

Required: The ability to lift and move at least 50lbs.  

We have a strict no phone policy while working. You may take calls on breaks but it is imperative that customers are not overlooked so you may not be on the phone while physically working. 

Timeliness: Crucial for clients and retail. 

Pay: Starting pay is $10/hour. Position is temporary for first 30 days during trial period. 

Hours: We are looking for someone that is available to work 2-3 weekends a month (Saturday and Sunday) from 10-4. If interested, there may be some additional hours on Thursdays and Fridays from 11-6. 

 

 

Cabinet Tech- Interviews will begin Late June

Hours: This is a full time labor position. Hours are 8:30-4:30 Monday thru Friday. 

Pay: 60 Day probationary period. $13.50/hr. Raises offered based on performance.

Experience Needed: NONE, entry level. Room to grow!

Job Description: This person will learn everything regarding our kitchen cabinet process. Prep, painting, sealing, taping, glazing, spraying, painting by hand and more. Visiting job sites to pick up or deliver parts. This is HARD work and attention to detail is extremely important.

Requirements/Expectations: Friendly, good customer service. Reliable transportation. SUV a plus. You will be working in clients homes and respecting the work environment and cleanliness is very important. 

Comfortable around tools. The ability to lift and move 50lbs.  Quick Learner, Keen attention to small detail. Able to take instruction. Must sign non compete.
